We discuss the landscape of flavor physics at the Circular Electron-Positron Collider (CEPC), based on the nominal luminosity outlined in its Technical Design Report. The CEPC is designed to operate in multiple modes to address a variety of tasks. [...]

Quenching of single-particle strength inferred from nucleon-removal transfer reactions on $^{15}$C
/ Jiang, Y.C. (SUSTech, Shenzhen ; Beijing, Inst. Atomic Energy) ; Chen, J. (SUSTech, Shenzhen ; Argonne) ; Kay, B.P. (Argonne) ; Hoffman, C.R. (Argonne) ; Tang, T.L. (Argonne) ; Tolstukhin, I.A. (Argonne) et al.
The difference in the proton and neutron separation energies ($ΔS$) of the weakly bound $^{15}$C ground state is -19.86 MeV, an extreme value. Data from intermediate-energy heavy-ion induced (HI-induced) knockout reactions on nuclei spanning $-20\lesssimΔS\lesssim+20$ MeV, suggest that the degree to which single-particle strength is quenched, $R\mathrm{_{s}}$, has a negative correlation with $ΔS$, decreasing from unity around $-20$~MeV to around 0.2 at $+20$~MeV. (Sao Paulo U., Sao Carlos) ; Bruno, M. (Milan Bicocca U. ; INFN, Milan Bicocca) et al.
We present the current Standard Model (SM) prediction for the muon anomalous magnetic moment, $a_μ$, updating the first White Paper (WP20) [1]. The pure QED and electroweak contributions have been further consolidated, while hadronic contributions continue to be responsible for the bulk of the uncertainty of the SM prediction. [...]

Compound-Nucleus and Doorway-State Decays of $\beta$-delayed Neutron Emitters $^{51, 52, 53}\mathrm{K}$
/ Xu, Z Y (Tennessee U.) ; Grzywacz, R (Tennessee U. ; Oak Ridge) ; Gottardo, A (IJCLab, Orsay ; INFN, Legnaro) ; Madurga, M (Tennessee U.) ; Alonso, I M (Madrid, Inst. Estructura Materia) ; Cap, T (NCBJ, Warsaw) ; Costache, C (Bucharest, IFIN-HH) et al.
We investigated decays of $^{51, 52, 53}\mathrm{K}$ at the ISOLDE Decay Station at CERN in order to understand the mechanism of the $\beta$-delayed neutron-emission ($\beta n$) process. The experiment quantified neutron and $\gamma$-ray emission paths for each precursor [...]

Evolution of the nuclear spin-orbit splitting explored via the $^{32}$Si($d$,$p$)$^{33}$Si reaction using SOLARIS
/ Chen, J. (SUSTech, Shenzhen ; Argonne) ; Kay, B.P. (Argonne) ; Hoffman, C.R. (Argonne) ; Tang, T.L. (Argonne) ; Tolstukhin, I.A. (Argonne) ; Bazin, D. (Michigan State U.) ; Lubna, R.S. (Michigan State U.) ; Ayyad, Y. (Santiago de Compostela U., IGFAE) ; Beceiro-Novo, S. (Michigan State U.) ; Coombes, B.J. (Australian Natl. U., Canberra) et al.
The spin-orbit splitting between neutron 1$p$ orbitals at $^{33}$Si has been deduced using the single-neutron-adding ($d$,$p$) reaction in inverse kinematics with a beam of $^{32}$Si, a long-lived radioisotope. Reaction products were analyzed by the newly implemented SOLARIS spectrometer at the reaccelerated-beam facility at the National Superconducting Cyclotron Laboratory. [...]

High-Precision Mass Measurements of Neutron Deficient Silver Isotopes Probe the Robustness of the <math display="inline"><mrow><mi>N</mi><mo>=</mo><mn>50</mn></mrow></math> Shell Closure
/ Ge, Zhuang (Jyvaskyla U.) ; Reponen, Mikael (Jyvaskyla U.) ; Eronen, Tommi (Jyvaskyla U.) ; Hu, Baishan (TRIUMF ; ORNL, Oak Ridge (main) ; Oak Ridge) ; Kortelainen, Markus (Jyvaskyla U.) ; Kankainen, Anu (Jyvaskyla U.) ; Moore, Iain (Jyvaskyla U.) ; Nesterenko, Dmitrii (Jyvaskyla U.) ; Yuan, Cenxi (SYSU, Guangzhou) ; Beliuskina, Olga (Jyvaskyla U.) et al.
High-precision mass measurements of exotic $^{95-97}$Ag isotopes close to the $N = Z$ line have been conducted with the JYFLTRAP double Penning trap mass spectrometer, with the silver ions produced using the recently commissioned inductively-heated hot cavity catcher laser ion source at the Ion Guide Isotope Separator On-Line facility. The atomic mass of $^{95}$Ag was directly determined for the first time. [...]
