Test-beam Performance Results of the FASTPIX Sub-Nanosecond CMOS Pixel Sensor Demonstrator / Braach, Justus (CERN ; Hamburg U.) ; Buschmann, Eric (CERN) ; Dannheim, Dominik (CERN) ; Dort, Katharina (CERN ; Giessen U., Inst. Kernphys.) ; Kugathasan, Thanushan (Geneva U.) ; Munker, Magdalena (Geneva U.) ; Snoeys, Walter (CERN) ; Švihra, Peter (CERN) ; Vicente, Mateus (CERN ; Geneva U.)
Within the ATTRACT FASTPIX project, a monolithic pixel sensor demonstrator chip has been developed in a modified 180 nm CMOS imaging process technology, targeting sub-nanosecond timing precision for single ionising particles. It features a small collection electrode design on a 25 micrometers-thick epitaxial layer and contains 32 mini matrices of 68 hexagonal pixels each, with pixel pitches ranging from 8.66 to 20 micrometers. The LHCb upgrade I / LHCb Collaboration
The LHCb upgrade represents a major change of the experiment. The detectors have been almost completely renewed to allow running at an instantaneous luminosity five times larger than that of the previous running periods. [...]

Measurement of $\Xi^{+}_{c}$ production in pPb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\mathrm{NN}}}=8.16$ TeV at LHCb / LHCb Collaboration
A study of prompt $\Xi_{c}^{+}$ production in proton-lead collisions is performed with the LHCb experiment at a centre-of-mass energy per nucleon pair of 8.16 TeV in 2016 in $p$Pb and Pb$p$ collisions with an estimated integrated luminosity of approximately 12.5 and 17.4 nb$^{-1}$, respectively. The $\Xi_{c}^{+}$ production cross-section, as well as the $\Xi_{c}^{+}$ to $\Lambda_{c}^{+}$ production cross-section ratio, are measured as a function of the transverse momentum and rapidity and compared to latest theory predictions. Measurement of the ratios of branching fractions $\mathcal{R}(D^{*})$ and $\mathcal{R}(D^{0})$ / LHCb Collaboration
The ratios of branching fractions $\mathcal{R}(D^{*})\equiv\mathcal{B}(\bar{B}\to D^{*}\tau^{-}\bar{\nu}_{\tau})/\mathcal{B}(\bar{B}\to D^{*}\mu^{-}\bar{\nu}_{\mu})$ and $\mathcal{R}(D^{0})\equiv\mathcal{B}(B^{-}\to D^{0}\tau^{-}\bar{\nu}_{\tau})/\mathcal{B}(B^{-}\to D^{0}\mu^{-}\bar{\nu}_{\mu})$ are measured, assuming isospin symmetry, using a sample of proton-proton collision data corresponding to 3.0 fb${ }^{-1}$ of integrated luminosity recorded by the LHCb experiment during 2011 and 2012. The tau lepton is identified in the decay mode $\tau^{-}\to\mu^{-}\nu_{\tau}\bar{\nu}_{\mu}$. [...]

A study of $C\!P$ violation in the decays $B^\pm\to[K^+K^-\pi^+\pi^-]_D h^{\pm}$ ($h = K, \pi$) and $B^\pm\to[\pi^+\pi^-\pi^+\pi^-]_D h^{\pm}$ / LHCb Collaboration
The first study of $C\!P$ violation in the decay mode $B^\pm\to[K^+K^-\pi^+\pi^-]_D h^{\pm}$, with $h=K,\pi$, is presented, exploiting a data sample of proton-proton collisions collected by the LHCb experiment that corresponds to an integrated luminosity of $9$ fb$^{-1}$. The analysis is performed in bins of phase space, which are optimised for sensitivity to local $C\!P$ asymmetries. [...]

First observation and branching fraction measurement of the $\Lambda_b^0\to D_s^- p$ decayFirst observation and branching fraction measurement of the $ {\Lambda}_b^0\to {D}_s^{-}p $ decay / LHCb Collaboration
The first observation of the $\Lambda_b^0\to D_s^- p$ decay is presented using proton-proton collision data collected by the LHCb experiment at a centre-of-mass energy of ${\sqrt{s}=13 \,\textrm{TeV}}$, corresponding to a total integrated luminosity of $6\,\textrm{fb}^{-1}$. Using the $\Lambda_b^0\to\Lambda_c^+\pi^-$ decay as the normalisation mode, the branching fraction of the $\Lambda_b^0\to D_s^- p$ decay is measured to be ${\mathcal{B}(\Lambda_b^0\to D_s^- p)=(12.6 \pm 0.5 \pm 0.3 \pm 1.2 )\times 10^{-6}}$, where the first uncertainty is statistical, the second systematic and the third due to uncertainties in the branching fractions of the $\Lambda_b^0\to\Lambda_c^+\pi^-$, $D_s^- \to K^-K^+\pi^-$ and $\Lambda_c^+\to p K^- \pi^+$ decays..
