Evidence for transverse-momentum- and pseudorapidity-dependent event-plane fluctuations in PbPb and p Pb collisions / CMS Collaboration
A systematic study of the factorization of long-range azimuthal two-particle correlations into a product of single-particle anisotropies is presented as a function of $p_\mathrm{T}$ and $\eta$ of both particles, and as a function of the particle multiplicity in PbPb and pPb collisions. Study of final-state radiation in decays of Z bosons produced in pp collisions at 7 TeV / CMS Collaboration
The differential cross sections for the production of photons in $\mathrm{Z} \to \mu^+ \mu^- \gamma$ decays are presented as a function of the transverse energy of the photon and its separation from the nearest muon. Nuclear effects on the transverse momentum spectra of charged particles in pPb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\mathrm{NN}}}$ = 5.02 TeV / CMS Collaboration
Transverse momentum spectra of charged particles are measured by the CMS experiment at the CERN LHC in pPb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\mathrm{NN}}}$ = 5.02 TeV, in the range of $p_\mathrm{T}$ between 0.4 and 120 GeV/$c$ and pseudorapidity $|\eta_\mathrm{CM}|$ lower than 1.8 in the proton-nucleon center-of-mass frame. For $p_\mathrm{T}$ lower than 10 GeV/$c$, the charged-particle production is asymmetric about $|\eta_\mathrm{CM}|$ = 0, with smaller yield observed in the direction of the proton beam, qualitatively consistent with expectations from shadowing in nuclear parton distribution functions (nPDF). Evidence for collective multi-particle correlations in pPb collisions / CMS Collaboration
The second-order azimuthal anisotropy Fourier harmonics, $v_2$, are obtained in pPb and PbPb collisions over a wide pseudorapidity ($\eta$) range based on correlations among six or more charged particles.
