Precision measurement of the $B^{0}$ meson lifetime using $B^{0} \rightarrow J/\psi K^{*0}$ decays with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
A measurement of the $B^{0}$ meson lifetime and related properties using $B^0 \to J/\psi K^{*0}$ decays in data from 13 TeV proton-proton collisions with an integrated luminosity of 140 fb$^{-1}$ recorded by the ATLAS detector at the LHC is presented. The measured effective lifetime is $$ \tau = 1.5053 \pm 0.0012 ~\mathrm{(stat.)} \pm 0.0035 ~\mathrm{(syst.)~ps}. [...]

Reconstruction and identification of pairs of collimated $\tau$-leptons decaying hadronically using $\sqrt{s}=13$ TeV $pp$ collision data with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
This paper describes an algorithm for reconstructing and identifying a highly collimated hadronically decaying $\tau$-lepton pair with low transverse momentum. When two $\tau$-leptons are highly collimated, their visible decay products might overlap, degrading the reconstruction performance for each of the $\tau$-leptons. [...]

A precise measurement of the jet energy scale derived from single-particle measurements and in situ techniques in proton–proton collisions at $\sqrt{s}=$ 13 TeV with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
The jet energy calibration and its uncertainties are derived from measurements of the calorimeter response to single particles in both data and Monte Carlo simulation using proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 13$ TeV collected with the ATLAS detector during Run 2 at the Large Hadron Collider. The jet calibration uncertainty for anti-k$_t$ jets with a jet radius parameter of $R = 0.4$ and in the central jet rapidity region is about 2.5% for transverse momenta ($p_T$) of 20 GeV, about 0.5% for $p_T = 300$ GeV and 0.7% for $p_T = 4$ TeV. The Lund jet plane (LJP) is measured for the first time in tt̄ events, using 140 fb$^{-1}$ of $\sqrt{s} = 13$ TeV pp collision data collected with the ATLAS detector at the LHC. The LJP is a two-dimensional observable of the sub-structure of hadronic jets that acts as a proxy for the kinematics of parton showers and hadron formation. [...]

Search for a light charged Higgs boson in $t \rightarrow H^{\pm } b$ decays, with $H^{\pm } \rightarrow cs$, in $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s}={13}\hbox { TeV}$ with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
A search for a light charged Higgs boson produced in decays of the top quark, $t \to H^\pm b$ with $H^\pm \to cs$, is presented. This search targets the production of top-quark pairs $t\bar{t} \to Wb H^\pm b$, with $W \to \ell\nu$ ($\ell = e, \mu$), resulting in a lepton-plus-jets final state characterised by an isolated electron or muon and at least four jets. Total Cost of Ownership and Evaluation of Google Cloud Resources for the ATLAS Experiment at the LHC / ATLAS Collaboration
The ATLAS Google Project was established as part of an ongoing evaluation of the use of commercial clouds by the ATLAS Collaboration, in anticipation of the potential future adoption of such resources by WLCG grid sites to fulfil or complement their computing pledges. Seamless integration of Google cloud resources into the worldwide ATLAS distributed computing infrastructure was achieved at large scale and for an extended period of time, and hence cloud resources are shown to be an effective mechanism to provide additional, flexible computing capacity to ATLAS. Underlying-event studies with strange hadrons in $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 13$ TeV with the ATLAS detector / ATLAS Collaboration
Properties of the underlying-event in $pp$ interactions are investigated primarily via the strange hadrons $K_{S}^{0}$, $\Lambda$ and $\bar\Lambda$, as reconstructed using the ATLAS detector at the LHC in minimum-bias $pp$ collision data at $\sqrt{s} = 13$ TeV. The hadrons are reconstructed via the identification of the displaced two-particle vertices corresponding to the decay modes $K_{S}^{0}\rightarrow\pi^+\pi^-$, $\Lambda\rightarrow\pi^-p$ and $\bar\Lambda\rightarrow\pi^+\bar{p}$. Constraints on dark matter models involving an $s$-channel mediator with the ATLAS detector in $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 13$ TeV / ATLAS Collaboration
This paper reports a summary of searches for a fermionic dark matter candidate in the context of theoretical models characterised by a mediator particle exchange in the $s$-channel. The data sample considered consists of $pp$ collisions delivered by the Large Hadron Collider during its Run 2 at a centre-of-mass energy of $\sqrt{s} = 13$ TeV and recorded by the ATLAS detector, corresponding to up to 140 $fb^{-1}$. Precise measurements of $W$- and $Z$-boson transverse momentum spectra with the ATLAS detector using $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 5.02$ TeV and $13$ TeV / ATLAS Collaboration
This paper describes measurements of the transverse momentum spectra of $W$ and $Z$ bosons produced in proton-proton collisions at centre-of-mass energies of $\sqrt{s}=5.02$ TeV and $\sqrt{s}=13$ TeV with the ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider. Measurements are performed in the electron and muon channels, $W \to \ell\nu$ and $Z \to \ell\ell$ ($\ell=e$ or $\mu$), and for $W$ events further separated by charge. [...]
