Recommendations of the LHC Dark Matter Working Group: Comparing LHC searches for heavy mediators of dark matter production in visible and invisible decay channels / Albert, Andreas (Aachen, Tech. Hochsch.) ; Backović, Mihailo (Louvain U., CP3) ; Boveia, Antonio (Ohio State U.) ; Buchmueller, Oliver (Imperial Coll., London) ; Busoni, Giorgio (Melbourne U.) ; De Roeck, Albert (Antwerp U. ; CERN ; Gottingen U.) ; Doglioni, Caterina (Lund U.) ; DuPree, Tristan (NIKHEF, Amsterdam) ; Fairbairn, Malcolm (King's Coll. London) ; Genest, Marie-Hélène (LPSC, Grenoble) et al.
Weakly-coupled TeV-scale particles may mediate the interactions between normal matter and dark matter. If so, the LHC would produce dark matter through these mediators, leading to the familiar "mono-X" search signatures, but the mediators would also produce signals without missing momentum via the same vertices involved in their production. Dark Matter Benchmark Models for Early LHC Run-2 Searches: Report of the ATLAS/CMS Dark Matter Forum / Abercrombie, Daniel (MIT) ; Akchurin, Nural (Texas Tech.) ; Akilli, Ece (Geneva U.) ; Alcaraz Maestre, Juan (Madrid, CIEMAT) ; Allen, Brandon (MIT) ; Alvarez Gonzalez, Barbara (CERN) ; Andrea, Jeremy (Strasbourg, IPHC) ; Arbey, Alexandre (CERN ; Lyon Observ.) ; Azuelos, Georges (TRIUMF) ; Azzi, Patrizia (INFN, Padua) et al.
This document is the final report of the ATLAS-CMS Dark Matter Forum, a forum organized by the ATLAS and CMS collaborations with the participation of experts on theories of Dark Matter, to select a minimal basis set of dark matter simplified models that should support the design of the early LHC Run-2 searches. A prioritized, compact set of benchmark models is proposed, accompanied by studies of the parameter space of these models and a repository of generator implementations. [...]

Towards an Understanding of the Correlations in Jet Substructure / Adams, D. (Brookhaven) ; Arce, A. (Duke U.) ; Asquith, L. (U. Sussex (main)) ; Backovic, M. (Louvain U.) ; Barillari, T. (Munich, Max Planck Inst.) ; Berta, P. (Charles U.) ; Bertolini, D. (UC, Berkeley) ; Buckley, A. (Glasgow U.) ; Butterworth, J. (University Coll. London) ; Camacho Toro, R.C. (Geneva U.) et al.
Over the past decade, a large number of jet substructure observables have been proposed in the literature, and explored at the LHC experiments. Such observables attempt to utilize the internal structure of jets in order to distinguish those initiated by quarks, gluons, or by boosted heavy objects, such as top quarks and W bosons. [...]

Measuring Boosted Tops in Semi-leptonic $t\bar t$ Events for the Standard Model and Beyond / Backovic, Mihailo (Weizmann Inst.) ; Gabizon, Ofir (Weizmann Inst.) ; Juknevich, Jose (Weizmann Inst. ; SISSA, Trieste) ; Perez, Gilad (CERN ; Weizmann Inst.) ; Soreq, Yotam (Weizmann Inst.)
We present a procedure for tagging boosted semi-leptonic $t\bar t$ events based on the Template Overlap Method. We introduce a new formulation of the template overlap function for leptonically decaying boosted tops and show that it can be used to compensate for the loss of background rejection due to reduction of b-tagging efficiency at high $p_T$. Boosting the Standard Model Higgs Signal with the Template Overlap Method / Backović, Mihailo (Weizmann Inst.) ; Juknevich, José (Weizmann Inst.) ; Perez, Gilad (Weizmann Inst. ; CERN)
We show that the Template Overlap Method can improve the signal to background ratio of boosted H\to b \bar b events produced in association with a leptonically decaying W. We introduce several improvements on the previous formulations of the template method. [...]
