Up and Down Quark Structure of the Proton / D0 Collaboration
We measure proton structure parameters sensitive primarily to valence quarks using 8.6 fb$^{-1}$ of data collected by the D0 detector in $\sqrt{s}=1.96$ TeV $p\bar{p}$ collisions at the Fermilab Tevatron. We exploit the property of the forward-backward asymmetry in dilepton events to be factorized in to distinct structure parameters and electroweak quark-level asymmetries. [...]

Prompt and nonprompt $\psi(2S)$ production in $p$Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{NN}}=8.16$ TeV / LHCb Collaboration
The production of $\psi(2S)$ mesons in proton-lead collisions at a centre-of-mass energy per nucleon pair of $\sqrt{s_{NN}}=8.16$ TeV is studied with the LHCb detector using data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 34 nb$^{-1}$. The prompt and nonprompt $\psi(2S)$ production cross-sections and the ratio of the $\psi(2S)$ to $J/\psi$ cross-section are measured as a function of the meson transverse momentum and rapidity in the nucleon-nucleon centre-of-mass frame, together with forward-to-backward ratios and nuclear modification factors. Particle physics using reactor antineutrinos / CHANDLER Collaboration
Nuclear reactors are uniquely powerful, abundant, and flavor-pure sources of antineutrinos that continue to play a vital role in the US neutrino physics program. The US reactor antineutrino physics community is a diverse interest group encompassing many detection technologies and many particle physics topics, including Standard Model and short-baseline oscillations, BSM physics searches, and reactor flux and spectrum modeling. The SHiP experiment at the proposed CERN SPS Beam Dump Facility / SHiP Collaboration
The Search for Hidden Particles (SHiP) Collaboration has proposed a general-purpose experimental facility operating in beam-dump mode at the CERN SPS accelerator to search for light, feebly interacting particles. The SHiP experiment incorporates two complementary detectors. [...]

Track reconstruction and matching between emulsion and silicon pixel detectors for the SHiP-charm experiment / SHiP Collaboration
In July 2018 an optimization run for the proposed charm cross section measurement for SHiP was performed at the CERN SPS. A heavy, moving target instrumented with nuclear emulsion films followed by a silicon pixel tracker was installed in front of the Goliath magnet at the H4 proton beamline. [...]

The nature of dark matter and properties of neutrinos are among the most pressing issues in contemporary particle physics. The dual-phase xenon time-projection chamber is the leading technology to cover the available parameter space for Weakly Interacting Massive Particles (WIMPs), while featuring extensive sensitivity to many alternative dark matter candidates. Multiple scattering of channeled and non-channeled positively charged particles in bent monocrystalline silicon / Scandale, W. (CERN) ; Arduini, G. (CERN) ; Cerutti, F. (CERN) ; Esposito, L.S. We present the results of an experimental study of multiple scattering of positively charged high energy particles in bent samples of monocrystalline silicon. This work confirms the recently discovered effect of a strong reduction in the rms multiple scattering angle of particles channeled in the silicon (111) plane. [...]

Feasibility of $\tau$ -lepton electromagnetic dipole moments measurement using bent crystal at the LHC / Fomin, A.S. (Kharkov, KIPT ; CERN) ; Korchin, A. Yu (Kharkov, KIPT ; Kharkov Natl. U.) ; Stocchi, A. (Orsay, LAL) ; Barsuk, S. (Orsay, LAL) ; Robbe, P. (Orsay, LAL)
In this paper we discuss the possibility of measuring the anomalous magnetic and electric dipole moments of the $\tau$ lepton. The method consists in studying the spin precession induced by the strong effective magnetic field inside channels of a bent crystal with a dedicated setup at the CERN Large Hadron Collider..
