Structure of Sn128 selectively populated in the β decay of the In128 ground state / IDS Collaboration
High-resolution γ-ray spectroscopy and fast-timing methods were employed to study the excited structure of Sn128, populated via the β-decay chain of Cd128→In128→Sn128. The experiment was performed by online mass separation at the ISOLDE facility at CERN, profiting from intense and pure Cd beams obtained by a temperature-controlled quartz transfer line combined with resonant laser ionization. Preclinical investigation of [$^{149}$Tb]Tb-DOTATATE and [$^{149}$Tb]Tb-DOTA-LM3 for tumor-targeted alpha therapy / Mapanao, Ana Katrina (PSI, Villigen) ; Busslinger, Sarah D (PSI, Villigen) ; Mehta, Avni (PSI, Villigen) ; Kegler, Kristel (Unlisted, CH) ; Favaretto, Chiara (PSI, Villigen ; Unlisted, CH) ; Grundler, Pascal V (PSI, Villigen) ; Talip, Zeynep (PSI, Villigen) ; Köster, Ulli (Laue-Langevin Inst.) ; Johnston, Karl (CERN) ; Schibli, Roger (PSI, Villigen ; Zurich, ETH) et al.
Terbium-149 is a short-lived α-particle emitter, potentially useful for tumor-targeted therapy. The aim of this study was to investigate terbium-149 in combination with the somatostatin receptor (SSTR) agonist DOTATATE and the SSTR antagonist DOTA-LM3. [...]

The $^{76}$Cu conundrum remains unsolved / IDS Collaboration
Near the doubly-magic nucleus \nuc{Ni}{78} ($Z=28$, $N=50$), there has been a decades-long debate on the existence of a long-lived isomer in \nuc{Cu}{76}. A recent mass measurement claimed to have settled the debate, by measuring the energy of the isomer and shedding light on the structure of the nucleus. [...]

Production and purification of molecular $^{225}$Ac at CERN-ISOLDE / Au, M (CERN ; U. Mainz, PRISMA) ; Nies, L (CERN ; Greifswald U.) ; Stegemann, S (CERN) ; Athanasakis-Kaklamanakis, M (CERN ; Leuven U. ; Imperial Coll., London) ; Cocolios, T E (CERN ; Leuven U.) ; Fischer, P (Greifswald U.) ; Giesel, P F (Greifswald U.) ; Johnson, J D (Leuven U.) ; Köster, U (CERN ; Laue-Langevin Inst.) ; Lange, D (Heidelberg, Max Planck Inst.) et al.
The radioactive nuclide $^{225}$Ac is one of the few promising candidates for cancer treatment by targeted-$\alpha$-therapy, but worldwide production of $^{225}$Ac faces significant limitations. In this work, the Isotope Separation On-Line method was used to produce actinium by irradiating targets made of uranium carbide and thorium carbide with 1.4-GeV protons. [...]

Measurement of the Yb176(n,γ) cross section at the n_TOF facility at CERN / n_TOF Collaboration
Background: The Yb176(n,γ)Yb177→Lu177 reaction is of interest in nuclear medicine as it is the preferred production route for Lu177. This radioisotope has seen a very fast growth of usage in nuclear medicine in recent years due to its outstanding properties. [...]

Compton imaging for enhanced sensitivity (n,γ) cross section TOF experiments: Status and prospects / n_TOF Collaboration
Radiative neutron-capture cross sections are of pivotal importance in many fields such as nucle-osynthesis studies or innovative reactor technologies. A large number of isotopes have been measured with high accuracy, but there are still a large number of relevant isotopes whose cross sections could not be experimentally determined yet, at least with sufficient accuracy and completeness, owing to limitations in detection techniques, sample production methods or in the facilities themselves. In the context of the HYMNS (High-sensitivitY Measurements of key stellar Nucleo-Synthesis reactions) project over the last six years we have developed a novel detection technique aimed at background suppression in radiative neutron-capture time-of-flight measurements. Shedding Light on the Origin of Pb204, the Heaviest s-Process–Only Isotope in the Solar System / n_TOF Collaboration
Asymptotic giant branch stars are responsible for the production of most of the heavy isotopes beyond Sr observed in the solar system. Among them, isotopes shielded from the r-process contribution by their stable isobars are defined as s-only nuclei. [...]

Charge radii of thallium isotopes near the N=126 shell closure / IDS Collaboration
The changes in the mean-squared charge radius of Tlg209 (N=128) and Tlm207 (N=126) relative to Tl205 have been measured for the first time using the in-source laser resonance-ionization spectroscopy technique with the Laser Ion Source and Trap (LIST) at ISOLDE (CERN). The application of the LIST suppresses the dominant background from isobaric francium isotopes and allows access to thallium nuclides with A⩾207. [...]

Radiative Decay of the $^{229m}$Th Nuclear Clock Isomer in Different Host Materials / Pineda, S.V. (Leuven U.) ; Chhetri, P. (Leuven U. ; Mainz U.) ; Bara, S. (Leuven U.) ; Elskens, Y. (Leuven U.) ; Casci, S. (Leuven U.) ; Alexandrova, A.N. (UCLA, Los Angeles (main)) ; Au, M. (CERN) ; Athanasakis-Kaklamanakis, M. (Leuven U. ; CERN ; Imperial Coll., London) ; Bartokos, M. (Vienna, Tech. U., Atominst.) ; Beeks, K. (Ecole Polytechnique, Lausanne) et al.
A comparative vacuum ultraviolet spectroscopy study conducted at ISOLDE-CERN of the radiative decay of the $^{229m}$Th nuclear clock isomer embedded in different host materials is reported. The ratio of the number of radiative decay photons and the number of $^{229m}$Th embedded are determined for single crystalline CaF$_2$, MgF$_2$, LiSrAlF$_6$, AlN, and amorphous SiO$_2$. [...]
