First evidence for direct $CP$ violation in beauty to charmonium decays / LHCb Collaboration
The $CP$ asymmetry and branching fraction of the CKM-suppressed decay $B^+ \to J\psi \pi^+$ are precisely measured relative to the favoured decay $B^+ \to J\psi K^+$, using a sample of proton-proton collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of $5.4 \ \text{fb}^{-1}$ recorded at center-of-mass energy of $13\ \text{TeV}$ during 2016-2018. The results of the $CP$ asymmetry difference and branching fraction ratio are \begin{align*} \Delta\mathcal{A}^{C\!P} &\equiv \mathcal{A}^{C\!P}({B}^+ \to {J}\mskip -3mu/\mskip -2mu\psi\,\pi^+) - \mathcal{A}^{C\!P}({B}^+ \to {J}\mskip -3mu/\mskip -2mu\psi\,K^+) = (1.29 \pm 0.49 \pm 0.08) \times 10^{-2}, \end{align*} \begin{equation*} \mathcal{R}_{\pi/K} \equiv \frac{\mathcal{B}(B^+ \!\to J\mskip -3mu/\mskip -2mu\psi\,\pi^+)} {\mathcal{B}(B^+ \!\to J\mskip -3mu/\mskip -2mu\psi\,K^+)} = (3.852 \pm 0.022 \pm 0.018) \times 10^{-2}. Constraints on the photon polarisation in $b \to s \gamma$ transitions using $B_s^0\to \phi e^+ e^-$ decays / LHCb Collaboration

First measurement of $Z \to \mu^+\mu^-$ angular coefficients in the forward region of $pp$ collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 13$ TeV / LHCb Collaboration

Measurement of $\tau _\text {L}$ using the ${B} _s^0 \rightarrow J/\psi \eta $ decay mode / LHCb Collaboration
Using a proton-proton collision data sample collected by the LHCb detector and corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 5.7 $\text{fb}^{-1}$, the lifetime of the $B_{s}^{0}$ mass eigenstate, $\tau_{L}$, is measured using $B_{s}^{0} \to J/\psi \eta$ decay mode to be $\tau_{L}$ = 1.445 $\pm$ 0.016(stat) $\pm$ 0.008(syst) ps. A combination of this result with a previous LHCb analysis using an independent dataset corresponding to 3 $\text{fb}^{-1}$ of integrated luminosity gives $\tau_{L}$ = 1.452 $\pm$ 0.014 $\pm$ 0.007 $\pm$ 0.002 ps, where the first uncertainty is statistical, the second due to the uncorrelated part of the systematic uncertainty and the third due to the correlated part of the systematic uncertainty..
