Three-pion Bose-Einstein correlations measured in proton-proton collisions / LHCb Collaboration
A study on the Bose-Einstein correlations for triplets of same-sign pions is presented. The analysis is performed using proton-proton collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of $\sqrt{s}$ = 7 TeV, recorded by the LHCb experiment, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1.0 fb$^{-1}$. [...]

Observation of charge-parity symmetry breaking in baryon decays / LHCb Collaboration
The Standard Model of particle physics-the theory of particles and interactions at the smallest scale-predicts that matter and antimatter interact differently due to violation of the combined symmetry of charge conjugation ($C$) and parity ($P$). Charge conjugation transforms particles into their antimatter particles, whereas the parity transformation inverts spatial coordinates. [...]

Angular analysis of $B^0 \to K^{*0} e^+e^-$ decays / LHCb Collaboration
An angular analysis of $B^0\rightarrow K^{*0}e^{+}e^{-}$ decays is presented using proton-proton collision data collected by the LHCb experiment at centre-of-mass energies of 7, 8 and 13 TeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb$^{-1}$. The analysis is performed in the region of the dilepton invariant mass squared of 1.1-6.0 GeV$^{2}/c^{4}$. [...]

Status of CLIC Magnets Studies and R / Modena, Michele (CERN) ; Aloev, Alexander (CERN) ; Solodko, Evgeny (CERN) ; Thonet, Pierre-Alexandre (CERN) ; Vorozhtsov, Alexey (CERN)
Since 2009 the CERN Magnet Group (CERN-TE-MSC) started R&D; activities in order to focalize the most challenging and interesting cases to be studied among the magnets needed for CLIC the Compact Linear Collider. In the last four years several theoretic studies, models and prototypes were realized mainly in two domains: magnets for the Modules, the modular elements that are composing the backbone of the two-beam linac structure of CLIC, and the Machine Detector Interface (MDI) including the Final Focus elements, and the anti-solenoid. This contribution describes the experimental program already undergoing and to be completed on the High Luminosity Large Hadron Collider (HL-LHC) Inner Triplet (IT) String, an important intermediate milestone of the HL-LHC project at CERN. First, it describes the magnet circuits of the HL-LHC IT String. [...]

The High Luminosity Large Hadron Collider (HL-LHC) project is an upgrade of the LHC aiming to increase by a factor 10 the harvested integrated luminosity foreseen early 40s. During Long Shutdown 3, scheduled to begin at the end of 2025, nearly 1.2 km of accelerator components, including a range of services spread across surface and underground facilities, will be replaced with new equipment deploying innovative key technologies. Project management structures, processes, and tools for the HL-LHC project / Vandoni, Giovanna (CERN) ; Brüning, Oliver (CERN) ; Di Girolamo, Beniamino (CERN) ; Fessia, Paolo (CERN) ; Garcia Gavela, Hector (CERN) ; Jensen, Lars (CERN) ; Modena, Michele (CERN) ; Noels, Cecile (CERN) ; Tavian, Laurent (CERN) ; Zerlauth, Markus (CERN)
At its restart after a major shutdown in 2029, the LHC will see its interaction regions upgraded by the installation of the HL-LHC equipment, with new Nb3Sn triplets and cold powering system, crab-cavities for crossing angle compensation and luminosity levelling, an upgraded collimation system, and fully remote alignment for the final focusing region. In the following operational runs, the LHC will aim at a tenfold increase of the integrated luminosity compared to the original design. [...]

Observation of the $B^+ \rightarrow J/\psi \eta^{\prime} K^+$ decay / LHCb Collaboration
The $B^+ \rightarrow J/\psi \eta^{\prime} K^+$ decay is observed for the first time using proton-proton collision data collected by the LHCb experiment at centre-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13TeV, corresponding to a total integrated luminosity of 9fb$^{-1}$. The branching fraction of this decay is measured relative to the known branching fraction of the $B^+ \rightarrow \psi(2S) K^+$ decays and found to be $$ \frac{\mathcal{B}( B^+ \rightarrow J/\psi \eta^{\prime}K^+)} {\mathcal{B}( B^+ \rightarrow \psi(2S)K^+) } = \left(4.91\pm 0.47\pm0.29\pm0.07\right)\times10^{-2}, $$ where the first uncertainty is statistical, the second is systematic and the third is related to external branching fractions.
