Measurement of the natC(n,p) and natC(n,d) reactions from n_TOF at CERN / n_TOF Collaboration
The energy dependence of the cross section of the (n,p) and (n,d) reactions on $^\text{nat}$C has been studied for the first time at the n_TOF facility at CERN, from the particle detection threshold up to 25 MeV. Description and outlook of the $^{50,53}$Cr(n,γ) cross section measurement at n_TOF and HiSPANoS / n_TOF Collaboration
Chromium is a very relevant element regarding criticality safety in nuclear reactors because of its presence in stainless steel, an important structural material.
