Measurement of Energy Correlators inside Jets and Determination of the Strong Coupling $ \alpha_\mathrm{S} (m_\mathrm{Z}) $ / CMS Collaboration
Energy correlators that describe energy-weighted distances between two or three particles in a jet are measured using an event sample of $ \sqrt{s} = $ 13 TeV proton-proton collisions collected by the CMS experiment and corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 36.3 fb$ ^{-1} $. Observation of a new boson at a mass of 125 GeV with the CMS experiment at the LHC / CMS Collaboration
Results are presented from searches for the standard model Higgs boson in proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s}$=7 and 8 TeV in the CMS experiment at the LHC, using data samples corresponding to integrated luminosities of up to 5.1 inverse femtobarns at 7 TeV and 5.3 inverse femtobarns at 8 TeV.
