This note documents predictions for the production cross sections of the Standard Model Higgs boson at the Large Hadron Collider at a centre of mass energy of 13.6 TeV. The predictions here are based on simple extrapolations of previously documented predictions published in the CERN Yellow Report ”Deciphering the Nature of the Higgs Sector”. [...]

Taming a leading theoretical uncertainty in HH measurements via accurate simulations for $ \textrm{b}\overline{\textrm{b}}\textrm{H} $ production / Manzoni, Stefano (CERN) ; Mazzeo, Elena (Milan U.) ; Mazzitelli, Javier (PSI, Villigen) ; Wiesemann, Marius (Munich, Max Planck Inst.) ; Zaro, Marco (Milan U.)
We present a new simulation for Higgs boson production in association with bottom quarks ($b\bar{b}H$) at next-to-leading order (NLO) accuracy matched to parton showers in hadronic collisions. Both contributions, the standard one proportional to the bottom-quark Yukawa coupling and the loop-induced one proportional to the top-quark Yukawa coupling from the gluon-fusion process, are taken into account in a scheme with massive bottom quarks. Top-pair production at the LHC with MiNNLO$_{\rm PS}$ / Mazzitelli, Javier (Munich, Max Planck Inst.) ; Monni, Pier Francesco (CERN) ; Nason, Paolo (INFN, Milan Bicocca) ; Re, Emanuele (INFN, Milan Bicocca ; Annecy, LAPTH) ; Wiesemann, Marius (Munich, Max Planck Inst.) ; Zanderighi, Giulia (Munich, Max Planck Inst. ; Tech. U., Munich (main))
We consider the production of a pair of heavy quarks and illustrate the derivation of the MiNNLO method to match next-to-next-to-leading order calculations with parton showers (NNLO+PS) for this class of processes. As a first application, we construct an event generator for the fully differential simulation of hadronic top-quark pair production at NNLO+PS and discuss all details of its implementation in a parton shower Monte Carlo framework. Accurate single- and double-differential resummation of colour-singlet processes with MATRIX+RADISH: W$^{+}$W$^{−}$ production at the LHC / Kallweit, Stefan (Milan Bicocca U. ; INFN, Milan Bicocca) ; Re, Emanuele (Annecy, LAPTH) ; Rottoli, Luca (Milan Bicocca U. ; INFN, Milan Bicocca ; LBNL, Berkeley) ; Wiesemann, Marius (Munich, Max Planck Inst.)
We present the combination of fully differential cross sections for colour-singlet production processes at next-to-next-to-leading order (NNLO) QCD obtained with MATRIX and all-order resummation through RadISH. This interface allows us to achieve unprecedented accuracy for various transverse observables in $2 \rightarrow 2$ production processes. [...]

Next-to-next-to-leading order event generation for top-quark pair production / Mazzitelli, Javier (Munich, Max Planck Inst.) ; Monni, Pier Francesco (CERN) ; Nason, Paolo (INFN, Milan Bicocca ; Milan Bicocca U.) ; Re, Emanuele (Annecy, LAPTH) ; Wiesemann, Marius (Munich, Max Planck Inst.) ; Zanderighi, Giulia (Munich, Max Planck Inst.)
The production of top-quark pairs in hadronic collisions is among the most important reactions in modern particle physics phenomenology and constitutes an instrumental avenue to study the properties of the heaviest quark observed in nature. The analysis of this process at the Large Hadron Collider relies heavily on Monte Carlo simulations of the final state events, whose accuracy is challenged by the outstanding precision of experimental measurements. MiNNLO$_{\rm PS}$: Optimizing $2\to 1$ hadronic processes / Monni, Pier Francesco (CERN) ; Re, Emanuele (Annecy, LAPTH) ; Wiesemann, Marius (Munich, Max Planck Inst.)
We consider the MiNNLO$_{\rm PS}$ method to consistently combine next-to-next-to-leading order (NNLO) QCD calculations with parton-shower simulations. We identify the main sources of differences between MiNNLO$_{\rm PS}$ and fixed-order NNLO predictions for inclusive observables due to corrections beyond NNLO accuracy and present simple prescriptions to either reduce or remove them.
