Abstract	Welcome to the third annual CERN Tape Archive Workshop (CTA 2024). The LHC experiments have completed another successful year of data taking, with new records in terms of throughput and total data archived. This presentation will give an introduction to the CTA Project, Team and Community, as well as an overview of the challenges and achievements during the second year of LHC Run-3.
