A good Grio, a great Grio. It has to be brown like my skin it has to be crispy. Put that grill with some red beans and rice, some pickles, and some oh come on. Our food, it has passion and love. This grill and pickles to someone is just a normal plate but for me, it's my history. You're going to eat it, you're going to enjoy it, you're going to be like, damn, I need me a Haitian queen and that's me. Enjoy a meal. Joyce Al. Oh yes.
