Ingredients: - 2 small onions (sliced north to south) - 300g sliced beef - 3 tbsp mirin - 3 tbsp sake - 3 tbsp low sodium tamari @sanjtamari - 1.5 tsp honey - 3/4 cup dashi (I used @ajinomotous hondashi - instant dashi) - 0.5 tsp grated ginger Garnish with: - Scallions - Benishoga - Pickled Onions - furikake - togarashi - sesame seeds -kimchi 1. Slice onions, prep scallions 2. Mix sauce ingredients and whisk well, mirin, sake, tamari, honey, dashi 3.
