Let it boil. 🍚 Take 1/2 cup milk in a bowl. Add few saffron strands to the milk. Keep aside. 🍚 Add soaked rice. Cook until rice is soft and mushy. Keep stirring in between. 🍚 Add the prepared saffron milk and 5-6 tosp sugar. Mix well. 🍚 Cook until the Kheer thickens. Keep stirring in between. 🍚 Add 1 tsp cardamom powder. 🍚 Add chopped dry fruits and nuts. Mix well. 🍚 Serve warm or chilled.
