Crawfish & Spinach Bread Bowl Recipe:

-1 1/2 sticks of butter
-2 tbsp minced garlic
-2 cups whole milk
-1 1/2-2 lbs of Louisiana crawfish tails
-16 oz frozen chopped spinach
-2 tbsp Britscookin Cajun seasoning
-1 tbsp lobster base (optional)
-1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
-Cornstarch slurry (3 tbsp cornstarch + 5 tbsp cold water)
-1 1/2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
-Black pepper to taste

1. Melt 1/2 stick of butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat and sauté garlic for 3-5 minutes until fragrant.

700g. New York Beef Loin Steak
1 Rosemary parmesan bread or any other bread
9 slices Provolone cheese
For Green Butter:
150g. Butter
20g. Chives
20g. Parsley
1 Jalapeño pepper
1 Head of garlic
Salt/Pepper to taste

❂ Cooking process:

- Green butter: Preheat oven to 400F (200C) and remove butter from refrigerator until soft at room temperature.
- Peel and remove almost all of the papery skin and cut off ½ inch from the tip of the head of garlic.
- Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with salt and place a sprig of thyme over the garlic. Wrap the garlic in foil and place in the oven for 20 minutes.
