Enrichment toy

Parrot foraging enrichment concept: Like Lickimat is silicone licking mat for dogs, this concept is “Pickimat” for parrots. Parrots could destroy and ingest pieces of silicone, but what if we made the mat from bird safe stainless steel? Bird would have to pick (or lick!) the edible substance (peanut or sunflower seed butter, mashed fruits & veggies etc.) off the mats tiny grooves. The mat would be easy to clean in dishwasher, and easy to fill with a spatula.

Foraging enrichment: Add food to a branch, and hide it in a bunch of leaved branches. Animals must search through the leaves and branches to find the food pieces. Suitable for primates, birds and rodents, but also to other animals if you use species specific foods.
