We try really hard to minimise the level of disruption that may occur when expanding and renewing our campus, but sometimes, for example, we have to close specific areas or divert footpaths to carry out necessary work safely, and as quickly as possible.

Restricted access to the path at the rear of the Spring Lane Building - Monday 14 October 2024
Between 8am and 5pm, a broken glazing unit will be replaced at the back of the Spring Lane Building, As part of this, there may be restricted access to the path at the rear of the building.
Yorkshire Marathon car park closures - Thursday 17 to Monday 21 October
There will be car park closures, restricted parking and limited access when the Yorkshire Marathon is held on campus. Car parks at the Stables and Alcuin will remain open to staff and students, and Campus East parking will not be affected.
Alcuin re-roofing works - Late summer 2024
Alcuin ATB, A, B, C and east wing blocks and adjacent areas will be affected by this works. Accessible diversions will be in place.
