Visit Philadelphia’s Diversity Fellowship Program will create professional opportunities to increase the number of diverse people in tourism and marketing within the hospitality industry. People from diverse backgrounds will engage in a six-month fellowship that provides opportunities to work in a hands-on setting promoting Philadelphia and the region’s vibrant culture.
