Request
Enter your pickup and dropoff locations, then select the Shuttle option. Review your fare and pickup time, then choose Request. You can reserve as many as 4 seats in advance.
Get picked up
You can track your shuttle’s real-time location before your scheduled pickup time. Get to the pickup spot shown on the map. We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early. Your driver will wait a maximum of 2 minutes. You’ll get real-time Uber Shuttle updates in your Uber app.
Ride
When boarding the shuttle, check in by scanning the QR code in your Uber app. Then enjoy a comfortable trip.
Hop off
Your driver will take you to your designated dropoff point. Use the Uber app for walking directions to your final destination.

You must make a prior reservation in order to board the shuttle. You can reserve up to 7 days before your intended travel date for yourself and as many as 3 other riders.
- How is the trip’s price calculated?
Uber Shuttle fare is based on the route distance and number of seats you select. Fares are fixed and are not subject to surge pricing.
- How can I pay for my Uber Shuttle trip?
Payment for your trip must be made through the Uber app. Cash is not accepted on the shuttle.
- Can I ride with a friend or family member?
You can reserve as many as 4 seats total up to 7 days in advance. All riders 2 years or older require a ticket and must be seated with a seat belt. Up to one rider under age 2 per guardian may travel for free. Service animals are the only animals allowed on Uber Shuttle. Pets are not allowed.
- What luggage is allowed on the shuttle?
Each rider is permitted to bring one personal item (which must fit on their lap or under their seat) and one piece of luggage (carry-on or checked bag) weighing up to 50 pounds (22.5 kilograms).
