Follow these simple step-by-step quickstart guide using Transync AI with Meeting software, like Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet,
1. Download and Log In #
Visit https://www.transyncai.com/download/ to download Transync AI, then sign in with your account.
2. Join a Teams Meeting #
Open the desktop version of Microsoft Teams and enter your meeting.
In Transync AI, check the “Computer Audio” option to ensure the voices of other participants are captured and translated in real time.
3. Enable Voice Broadcast (Optional) #
If you want translated speech to be played aloud, toggle on the “Voice Broadcast” feature in the upper-right corner of the translation panel.
Choose “Play via Speaker” so that other participants in the meeting can hear the translated output.
4. Select Translation Languages #
Confirm your desired translation pair (e.g., English ↔ Japanese), then click “Start Translation” to begin real-time translation.
5. Share Computer Audio in the Meeting App #
On some computers, other participants may still be unable to hear the broadcast even when using speakers.
To fix this, you need to share both your screen and system audio in your meeting software.
In Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet, click “Share Screen” and make sure “Share Computer Sound” is enabled.
