     Sir Henry Tichborne was born in 1581 at Tichborne, Hampshire, England.2 He was the son of Sir Benjamin Tichborne, 1st Bt. and Amphyllis Weston.3,4 He died in 1667.2
     He was appointed Knight on 29 August 1623.5

Sir Benjamin Tichborne, 1st Bt.1

     Sir Benjamin Tichborne, 1st Bt. was born circa 1540.1 He was the son of Nicholas Tichborne and Elizabeth Rythe.2 He married, firstly, unknown daughter Shelley.2 He and Amphyllis Weston obtained a marriage license on 17 May 1571 at Skrynes, Roxwell, Essex, EnglandG.2 He died on 6 September 1629.1
     He held the office of Sheriff of Southampton in 1579.2 On the death of Queen Elizabeth I, he repaired immediated to Winchester and as High Sheriff, proclaimed for the accession of King James I. This earned him the Castle of Winchester and a baronetcy.2 He was created 1st Baronet Tichborne, of Titchborne, co. Southampton [England] on 8 March 1620/21.1

     Lelia Pelliott was born in 1642 at Paris, FranceG.2 She was the daughter of Charles Pelliott, Sieur de la Garde.1 She married Sir Caesar Wood, son of Samuel Cranmer and Mary Wood.2 She died circa March 1726.2 She was buried on 16 March 1726 at Ufford, Suffolk, EnglandG.2
     Her married name became Cranmer.2 From 1676, her married name became Wood.2
