Notice is hereby given that Summerville Borough Council intends to act at its next scheduled regular meeting, December 3, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., on the following:

1. Ordinance vacating and a portion of West Penn Street, a/k/a Kennedy Road Borough of Summerville.

2. Ordinance vacating 4th Avenue in the Borough of Summerville.

3. Ordinance regulating Amusements, Skill and Table Games or Devices located/operating in the Summerville Borough.

A complete copy of each proposed Ordinance is on file at the Summerville Borough Office located at 12772 Harrison St., Summerville, PA 15864.
