Tow Trucks, Operators and Vehicle Storage Facilities

Tow truck companies, tow trucks and tow truck operators must be licensed by TDLR. A VSF is a privately owned garage or parking lot that stores or parks 10 or more vehicles per year without the owner’s consent.
