A Festival Trade! A Festival Farewell?
Summary
In the next town, Ash & co. learn of the Gourgeist festival where all people dress up in various Pok�mon costumes. Team Rocket are around and are wanting to steal Pikachu, but when the nearby count bumps into them, he asks if Jessie would like to trade her Pumpkaboo with him, to top it off, Jessie's Pumpkaboo has fallen in love with the count's Pumpkaboo. Will Jessie and Pumpkaboo part ways? Will Pumpkaboo get a happy ending?
