Form N-PORT Data Sets

Form N-PORT is used by registered management investment companies other than money market funds and exchange-traded funds organized as unit investment trusts to report monthly portfolio holdings other than money market funds. The Form N-PORT data sets are extracted from public N-PORT-P eXtensible Markup Language (XML) submissions in a flat file format to assist users in constructing the data for analysis. The data has been automatically and directly taken from submissions created by the registrants and provided as-filed.

The data sets will be updated quarterly. Data contained in documents filed after 5:30 PM Eastern on the last business day of a quarter will be included in the subsequent quarterly posting. Form N-PORT readme (PDF) provides documentation of scope, organization, file formats and table definitions.

Funds report information quarterly about their portfolios and each of their portfolio holdings as of the last business day, or last calendar day, of each month. The Form N-PORT Data Sets only include publicly available information from filings that have been disseminated by the Commission.
