work, professional and emotional performance, without forgetting the commitment of
the people involved since it is desired that they are able to learn to accomplish what
they propose, to acquire new knowledge and to generate changes.

THE COACH:

It is the person who leads another to a process of change, through conversations in

which it is desired that the client (Coachee) is immersed in a process of self-
evaluation, values the opportunities for change and initiates actions to maximize their
personal and professional potential. The main principles of the coach would be:

THE COACHEE:

It is the person who has situations, obstacles and limitations that prevent the
fulfillment of their objectives for different reasons and because the expected results
are not obtained, it is understood the need to have an accompaniment and to be
guided to find a way and possible solutions, learning to do, to be and to feel in each

Coaching process:

The coaching process is based on generating a relationship between two or more

people, which should have a conversation aimed at building an environment of trust.
The relationship generated between these two actors leads to a process of life
planning or structuring a career plan and of course to planning and problem solving,
to develop emotional intelligence, to prevent and manage stress and to help develop
leadership traits.

The effective process of Coaching is generated from an accompaniment and a

conversation supported by "powerful" questions, because of this it is important to
establish a key relationship of trust with a person who facilitates the learning
process, which will be called Coach.

Questioning model:

Currently, the coaching method has a model that aims to accelerate learning, build
trust and foster conversations that create value for all involved. Its essence is to ask
what facilitates and enhances the individual's level of awareness. The steps in the
model would be as follows:

The issue: at this stage it is important for the coach to communicate the most
important motives, the reasons that created the need to delve into the issue and its
assigned meaning.

The objective: Once the topic of discussion has been established, it is important to
define the path to be taken to achieve the goals and objectives originally envisaged.

Reality: based on freedom, trust and commitment, at this stage it is desired to

investigate the "now" of the issue to be addressed, through statements, stories and
facts, which would measure the current situation of the present goal.
Options: identify the many actions that allow to obtain the possibility of approaching
the desired future, taking responsibility for generating a lasting change in time.

Commitment: Assume responsibility for planned activities, research. for future tasks
and recognize that the action is a real commitment who was born from the
beginning.

III. CONCLUSIONS:

In conclusion, coaching is a creative process in which an individual (coach) with

expertise in a particular area helps another individual to reach his or her maximum
personal and professional potential. Generally, the coach is someone who is
observant, proactive, dynamic and enthusiastic, a leader capable of spontaneously
influencing the behavior and decisions of others to achieve a desired goal. It is
crucial to recognize that this process is vital to enhance the skills and abilities of the
staff and increase the productivity of the company. Therefore, it is important within
organizations.

It is important to note that coaching can be performed by a professional external to

the company, as well as by managers, department heads and supervisors. These
people must have methodological tools, techniques and personal development skills
that allow them to support their clients or those they seek to help, with the objective
of being able to coach effectively and achieve improved communication skills, solve
problems, work in teams and, often, improve personal characteristics.

Coaching allows us to identify the main characteristics and training model to create
value in a company.

The positive effects resulting from the use of the methodology in the field have been
identified. In the business environment, it is essential to work as a team to achieve
the objectives. The benefits of coaching have proven to apply to people in their
personal and work environments.

Everyone has the ability to achieve great opportunities in both their personal and
professional lives. However, not everyone is able to discover their hidden potential.
That is why the advice of a coach can help reveal those skills and promote growth in
the environment in which they operate. This study highlights the importance and
main benefits of coaching as a key factor in driving significant changes in people's
lives.
