Datuk Sr Paul joined Savills in 2003. He is the Group Managing Director and Head of Savills Malaysia and has more than 25 years of professional experience in the property profession in Malaysia.
He specializes in corporate and litigation valuations and has undertaken many major corporate exercises and various submissions to the Securities Commission of Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong Stock Exchange, etc. for various purposes including new IPOs and RTOs.
He also has vast experience and strong track record in Investment Transactions, International Project Marketing, Office Leasing and Tenant Representation. He also practices as a Licensed Auctioneer in Selangor and Wilayah Persekutuan.
He frequently writes and comments on property issues in various newspapers and magazines like The Star, Singapore Straits Times, NST, The Edge, Property Insight and Focus Malaysia, among others.
