We do this through refinancing, loan sales, corporate sales as well as direct property sales. In situations where clients may suffer a loss, we maximise returns through asset management and development management, within the time and budget available.

To begin, our Director Receivers will take the time to understand the property and the lender’s situation, discussing objectives and potential issues. The receivers will have access to a range of specialist disciplines, in the right locations, from within and outside Savills, to implement the agreed recovery strategy.
Our team operates across England, Wales and Northern Ireland, and are also able to apply the same skills in other European jurisdictions. In over 25 years of working in recoveries and receivership, our team has witnessed and navigated through two significant recessions to date, and is well-acquainted with all aspects of this specialist field.
