Rico is Head of Global Residential Development Consultancy with Savills UK, with a background in branded residential strategy and contract negotiations.
Rico joined Savills in 2022 in Dubai as a director within Global Residential Development Consultancy with more than 17 years in the hospitality & branded residential sectors. Prior to Savills, Rico was engaged with developing hotels, branded residences, and conducting feasibility assessments, including as head of residential development with Accor for the Middle East and Africa. In his previous roles, Rico supported branded residential projects globally with more than USD 8 billion in real estate value, and has underwritten in excess of 500 hotel projects across the Middle East and Africa.
Working in international markets including North America, Europe, the Middle East and APAC, his experience includes development consultancy, contract negotiations & commercial structuring, as well as operational structuring and mixed-use integration.
Based in the Middle East for fifteen years, Rico is excited to now be located in the business capital of the world that is London.
