William has been working in property since 1984, dealing with private client estate management, specialising in managing properties with fishing on the Hampshire chalk streams. He also carries out valuations for the AMC and banks as well as private valuations.

He lives near Romsey and manages his own fishing on the River Test. His interests are forestry, fishing and game shooting.
