Piers is a director in the London-based Residential Investment and Development team providing transactional advice on Multifamily & Single Family portfolios and other sub-sectors of the residential investment market.
Since joining Savills in 2006, Piers has developed significant experience in advising existing holders of residential Investment portfolios as well as new capital looking to access the sector.
His work is principally focussed on advising housebuilders, Institutional investors, property companies and Housing Associations on the bulk acquisition and disposal of Multifamily and Single Family portfolios. He also specialises in advising on reversionary opportunities such as ground rent portfolios, shared ownership, regulated tenancies, life tenancies and equity release Investments.
