Lydia's experience includes a wide variety of topics including feasibility study for project developments, relocation analysis, environmental impact analyses, advising on tenant mix, assessing and qualifying potential demand, advising on Investment options and providing competition analysis.

Lydia started there career with Savills in the Beijing office where she was responsible for managing key clients within the residential team. Returning to her home country in 2002 she created the research department of Savills Paris office that she then ran for four years. In June 2006 Lydia extended the scope of my research skills to the whole of Europe by joining the Savills European research team.
