Louis joined Savills in September 2014, following the completion of his real estate MSc at Oxford Brookes University. Louis has previously spent time working at a heritage developer based in Hertfordshire. Here he spent time in planning and design, sales and marketing, land, construction and accounts.

Louis has very strong excel modelling skills and is able to build and manipulate complex financial models.

Louis' recent projects include:

Gallagher Estates (L&Q): Transaction advisory, financial modelling and underwriting of a c.£500m corporate acquisition.

Filton Airfield (YTL): Transaction advisory and production of a financial model on the £60m+ acquisition of a large scale strategic land site in the South West.

Cambridge University: Creation of a bespoke funding and delivery model with various financing options for a scheme with a GDV of £1bn+.
