Carole is head of residential development sales, Scotland region and also oversees Glasgow residential development sales business.
Carole specialises in providing early consultancy for developers, house builders and funders on sales and marketing strategies for new residential developments. She particularly welcomes involvement at design stage, when she can draw on her experience and add value to provide maximum return for clients.
Carole has been involved in all aspects of residential development since 2000 and laterally has specialised in the sales and marketing of new homes. Carole studied at the University of Reading, gaining an MBA in Real Estate, having previously achieved fellowship of the royal institution of chartered surveyors.
