Chris is a director in the planning division and head of Savills Cardiff office. Chris specialises in major sports and leisure regeneration projects.

Chris led the planning consultancy for global sporting events, providing strategic advice on the delivery of competition venues as well as securing the required permissions. He has worked on major projects such as London 2012 Olympic Games and the Rugby World Cup 2015

Chris also specialises in providing new stadia advice for professional sports teams, examples include Tottenham Hotspur FC, Nottingham Forest FC and Everton FC.

Chris is a member of the RTPI Major Project Sub-Committee Management board, is a former chair of RTPI Cymru, and has been appointed to Ministerial Advisory Groups regarding changes to the planning system.

Chris set up the Savills Cardiff office in 2007, which has become the largest property services firm in south Wales.
