Toby joined Savills in 2004 and became head of the residential development Sales team in Cambridge in 2007. He is also head of the North home counties RDS region.
Toby has been working in property for over 25 years, specialising in the sale and marketing of new developments, from city apartments to large-scale housing developments.
He provides consultancy advice to the house building sector in areas such as mix, size and specification and sales strategy, and co-ordinates full marketing and targeted sales campaigns.
He is also involved in bulk residential investment sales, and international project marketing in the Far East.
