Over 210 lots to feature in Savills first November auction

Savills Auctions has announced the catalogue for its next sale on 1st November. The catalogue will feature over 210 lots across the UK, including a mix of residential, commercial and development opportunities.

Savills has sold over £120M of property over three auction days since the start of September, almost twice as much as during the same period last year.

 Highlights from the catalogue include:

Lot 521Grants Lock, Banbury – a historic lock cottage with outstanding rural views in need of restoration – guide price £210,000

Lot 54 – Marchwood, Leatherhead, Surrey – a substantial four-bedroom detached house in need of updating, well located for Oxshott – guide price £1,300,000

Lot 91 - Malden Hall, New Malden, London - a freehold student investment with 40 en-suite bedrooms. Fully let for the 2023/24 academic year. Investment let at £531,529 per annum - guide price £4,750,000

Lot 89 - 81-87 High Street, Rayleigh, Essex - high yielding retail investment opportunity producing £176,950 per annum.  Currently let to Greggs, Boots, Cardzone and office tenants - guide price £1,750,000

Lot 18 - Durham Road, Raynes Park, London – a three-storey semi-detached building arranged as five self-contained flats plus a studio room - guide price £950,000

Lot 17 - Sneyd Road, Cricklewood, London – a semi-detached house with a converted garage and scope for further extension - guide price £950,000

Head of Savills Auctions Robin Howeson says: “Following on from our recent £120M three-day sales total, we are delighted to announce the release of the first of our November catalogues. The livestream sale will bring to market a broad range of commercial, residential and mixed use opportunities across the UK with guides ranging from £5,000 to £5.95M.”

This auction will be the first of two to be held in November with the second sale on 21st  November.

Savills has sold over £430M of property via its live-streamed auctions so far this year, selling over 1,250 lots, a 50% increase on this time last year.
