Over 200 lots to feature in Savills October auction

Savills Auctions has announced the catalogue for its next sale on 10th October. The catalogue will feature over 200 lots across the UK, including a mix of residential, commercial and development opportunities.

Savills raised over £85m from its two September sales, which is over double the amount (£40m) raised in September 2022 from double the number of property sales. Savills has raised over £386m from the sale of over 1,100 lots via its live-streamed property auctions so far this year.

 Highlights from the catalogue include:

Lot 92 - Former Princes soft drinks site, Manchester - substantial freehold multi-let industrial investment with future development potential close to Manchester city centre. Investment currently let at £730,308 per annum - guide price £6,500,000

Lot 32 - Redcliffe Road, Chelsea, London - freehold property on behalf of executors of approximately 2,950 sq ft arranged as four self-contained flats. Currently producing £124,980 per annum - guide price £3,600,000

Lot 100 - Vancouver House, Corporation Road, Middlesbrough - substantial freehold former office with planning permission granted for conversion for a 102 bedroom hotel and 26 apartments  - guide price £2,900,000

Lot 36 - Roxley House, Birmingham - a substantial five-bedroom detached family home in a semi-rural location that has been refurbished to a high-specification with approximately 3.5 acres of landscaped established gardens. Vacant - guide price £2,200,000

Lot 70 - Stanlake Road, Shepherds Bush, London  - A four storey Victorian terraced house with the opportunity to create an outstanding family home - guide price £1,350,000

Lot 15 - Quayside Polvarth Lane, St. Mawes,  Cornwall - a four-bedroom detached bungalow in need of updating. Vacant - guide price £730,000
