Welcome to Office of Title III Programs

The Office of Title III Programs (OTP) is committed to supporting PVAMU’s mission to strengthen its overall infrastructure by serving as the central administrative office for effectively managing the HBCU, HBGI and SAFRA grant funded programs. The OTP is dedicated to ensuring effective planning, implementation and management, budgetary and administrative oversight, evaluation and reporting of high-impact activities that are approved by university administration. The OTP is committed to ensuring compliance with federal, system and university regulations, and serving as a liaison between PVAMU and the U.S. Department of Education. The OTP is dedicated to being in alignment with the Division of Research & Innovation’s strategic vision to strengthen and elevate PVAMU.
