Here is how I made it: . 1.Thinly slice 6 Persian or mini cucumbers. Add to a large mason jar or bowl. . 2.Finely dice half a small red onion. You want this to be super finely diced. . 3.Super finely chop a handful of fresh dill (about 2-3 tablespoons) . 4.Squeeze the juice of half a lemon and add 1 minced garlic clove. . 5.
