Beef and sustainability just go together
Have you "herd"? It’s #CowAppreciationDay! And it’s easy to appreciate a good steak. But cattle are more than beef. Medicine, shampoo, adhesives, candles and many other products all come from cattle. Even jobs! They also upcycle land that is unsuitable for human food consumption, and cattle help ranchers sequester carbon, too! Making beef greener and more sustainable than many have been led to believe.
