CALLOT SOEURS

Callot Soeurs a fashion design house that opened in 1895 and specialized in exotic evening gowns, capes, day wear, and feminine lingerie inspired by the elegance of the eighteenth century and Asian styles and decorations. The fashion house was operated by the four Callot sisters, Marie, Marthe, Regina and Joséphine. Callot Soeurs was known for its exotic detail to their clothes and they were among the first designers to use gold and silver lamé to make dresses.
