Gorgeous Pair 18k Gold & Mabe Pearl Earrings

Presented is a lovely pair of 18 karat gold and pearl earrings. These are relatively modern earrings, likely made in Italy or elsewhere in Europe. The earrings are done in a hexagonal style, each set with a beautiful mabe pearl of about 18.5 millimeters in diameter. The gold settings are heavy and high quality, done in a ribbed design. The earrings have omega style clipbacks for wear with unpierced or pierced ears, but a jeweler could easily add posts so the earrings could be worn specifically for pierced ears. The earrings are in great condition. The clipbacks have a good strong spring mechanism. The surfaces of the pearls are in great shape, smooth and clean. There are no breaks and no repairs.
