Firmly structured but soft to wear, you can shape this hat just about any way you like because both the tip and the brim are wired. I crocheted this in a an ombre of pink shades, dark at the top to light at the edge of the brim. A real abalone cabochon rests at the front with a cream colored stretchy lace hat band. Pink luster bat wings rest above the cabochon, for that extra pretty Goth touch of elegant witchy. Twist up that tip any way you like and let the hat do the talking. When you're not wearing it, you can toss it on your table for a great conversational centerpiece, or hang it on a hook by the door! Folds flat for travel. -This soft witchy hat has some stretch so it will fit between 21" to 23.5" head circumference. -3.5" brim How to measure your head: - Using a fabric tape measure or a string, place it flat against your head, and measure around the area directly above your ears. - Keep your tape measure/string as level as possible. Do not put your finger between the tape measure/string and your head, as this will distort your measurement. - The number of inches you get from your measurement is your hat size.
