Art Deco Diamond and Sapphire Target Ring set in Platinum. Size 5.5.

This lovely antique early art deco target ring is now on sale. 1.29ctw center stone. I1. H-I Color. .78ctw sapphires with additional diamonds going down the shank. Set in platinum. Slightly over 2 ctw. Size 5.5 and easily sizable by any local jeweler. A very popular trend for this era. Please notice that this amazing, old cut diamond is almost a cushion cut. I have actually had two separate jewelers tell me two different things as far as the shape of the center stone. I feel it is a modified cushion cut, set into a round halo of beautiful, blue sapphires. I especially like the milgrain detail around the center stone, as well as the Filigree work. Art Deco Target Rings are getting harder to find...you certainly can have one made, or purchase a Deco 'style' ring, but between the old cut diamond and the old world flair, I wouldn't dream of such a thing.
