Beautifully carved mother of pearl flowers set in a solid sterling bezel with standard gauge ear-wire for all standard pierced ears. Both sides of each earring are carved with the same care and intricacy. Perfect for every occasion, from everyday wear to a special night out. DAILY WEAR: Gently remove the ear-wire from the clasp and lightly twist the ear-wire a few millimeters over to the side. Slip the wire through your piercing, slide the small clear backings up the ear-wire to rest hidden behind your earlobe, and then gently push the end of the ear-wire back into place, secured in the clasp. This will ensure that the earrings stay properly positioned in the ear, and secured. (AVOID pulling the end of the ear-wire out and away from the flower design, thus distorting the circular shape, when putting on the earrings). MATERIALS: Mother of pearl is a smooth, shining, iridescent substance forming the inner layer of some shells. It is strong, resilient, and iridescent. Since it is made by nature, each pair is unique; color may vary slightly from bright white, to a warm antique golden color. The unique organic beauty of each pair of earrings is dazzling.
