I'm using Ritz crackers just two sleeves and spreading them in an even layer all across the bottom of a wax paper lined sheet pan or cookie sheet. Then I'm melting down some Reese's Peanut Butter Chips as well as one full block of vanilla almond bark. Once that's melted down, you may need to use about a tablespoon of coconut oil to make sure it's really spreadable and easy to pour. Place that right in the center of those Ritz crackers and then come in with the almond bar. Same thing, melted down and then just pour it right along the tops of those Ritz crackers. It's okay if you combine them a little bit. It's going to all mix together in the end. Spread them out coating your crackers evenly in a nice thin layer to create your bark base. Once you have that almond bark spread out, you're going to use something like a dow or a stick and just kind of spread the peanut butter incorporating that peanut butter flavor into that vanilla almond bark. I like to make a pretty design as if it was making latte or Then you just want to decorate. I'm using festive holiday peanut MandM's as well as some holiday sprinkles. Just sprinkling them right across the top making this look extra festive for the holiday season. Place this in the fridge for about an hour until it's completely hardened. You should easily be able to pull the back wax paper right off of your bark at this point. Just break it up, set it out for a party, or give it out as a gift.
