The old Montgomery Ward building (before it became Montgomery Plaza). Used to be warehouses and loading docks behind it - my dad worked there for a time, and so did Lee Harvey Oswald.

AM radio station of the 1950s and 1960s in Ft. Worth was KXOL for rock music. We could only hear KFJZ and KXOL in Cowtown. KLIF was in Dallas and most of our transistor radios couldn't pick them up unless you were out where Eastern Hills high school was.

Actor Bill Paxton as a little boy, in the parking lot of the Hotel Texas in Fort Worth TX USA on the morning of November 22, 1963. He was hoisted onto a strangers shoulders so he could wave to President John F. Kennedy while he was making a quick speech.
